Buy high quality, organic elderberries. I get mine here.
Boil water (the bag tells you how much depending on how much you want to make).
Add elderberries and simmer until berries are nice and plump. 30-60 minutes.
Strain really well.
Add local honey, essential oils, cinnamon to taste.
Store in the fridge for up tp 6 months.
